Payment of $475 due by Monday, October 7th, 2024

ELIGIBILITY:   

• Over 30 years of age as of December 31, 2024
• Insurance coverage. (Mandatory & Included)

CONDITIONS:

1. Late registrations will be accepted with league approval only.
2. Any false statement on registration form may impede playing rights.
3. No refunds for suspended players.
4. New registered players may be required to produce a photocopy of birth certificate or drivers’ license for proof of eligibility.
